"Fae Tide" is copyrighted from 2004 onward. This is mainly to prevent commercial ventures or groups, whose content I have no control over, from misrepresenting an official association or endorsement by Fae Tide.
If you have a company and want to try and get in on this (still very small) event I suggest using "Fairy Tide", which is uncopyrighted by me and free to be used by anyone.

I know this sounds a little pretentious, but if one looks at the history of holidays in America it is clear that many were made popular or modified by commercial interests in just the last 50 years. If I ever get this off the ground and expanded beyond a little festival in San Diego I fully expect candy companies to glom onto this with a juggernaut of marketing, so I'd like to make this clear long before then.
